Return Window:
You may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll receive your refund or exchange confirmation.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
WARRANTY POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
Warranty Coverage:
All LÉNA pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

Broken clasps or chains.

Missing stones (not due to misuse).

Faulty plating or discoloration unrelated to wear and tear.
Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear.

Tarnish caused by improper care (ex: exposure to harsh chemicals).

Lost or stolen items.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

Approved claims will receive a replacement piece or store credit of equal value.
