RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your LÉNA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at lenajewels.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll receive your refund or exchange confirmation.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Warranty Coverage:
All LÉNA pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

  • Broken clasps or chains.

  • Missing stones (not due to misuse).

  • Faulty plating or discoloration unrelated to wear and tear.

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Tarnish caused by improper care (ex: exposure to harsh chemicals).

  • Lost or stolen items.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email lenajewels.co@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.

  2. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

  3. Approved claims will receive a replacement piece or store credit of equal value.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lenajewels.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.
