Are your pieces waterproof?

Yes. All LÉNA jewelry is made with 316L stainless steel and plated with 18K PVD, making it waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

No. Our PVD coating is long-lasting and designed for everyday wear.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes — our materials are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or ocean?

Yes. We recommend rinsing after swimming to remove chlorine or saltwater.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you offer standard shipping?

Yes. All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping within the U.S and internationally.

Processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery: 3–6 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping times vary depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?

After checkout, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track orders under Your Account → Order History.

I typed the wrong address. What should I do?

Email us within 12 hours at hello@lenajewels.co so we can update it before it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • Original packaging is included

  • The item is not marked final sale

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available within the U.S. for unworn items.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it immediately.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — all LÉNA pieces include a 6-month warranty that covers:

  • Tarnishing

  • Fading

  • Broken clasps

  • Chain defects

  • Manufacturing issues

Warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Scratches from wear

  • Damage caused by misuse
