We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Not marked as final sale

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item or a different item of equal value.

Exchanges are available within the U.S. for unworn and undamaged items.

Warranty (6 Months)

All LÉNA jewelry includes a 6-month warranty covering:

  • Tarnishing

  • Fading

  • Broken clasps

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Chain defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Scratches from normal wear

  • Damage caused by misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Wrong item was sent

  • Warranty replacement is approved

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item immediately at no cost.

Processing Time
