Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days

This includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

Please note:
Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or new collection launches.

U.S. Shipping

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)

Delivery time begins once your package has been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within:

7–14 business days

Customs or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
You can also view tracking updates under:

Account → Order History 

Shipping updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Wrong Address?

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, contact us within 12 hours at:

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LÉNA is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Stolen packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building

  • Contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number

If USPS confirms an issue, email us and we will assist you.
